BIG BLOOMS, Peony Passion a Zoom Workshop in Acrylics

Can you just picture a large, beautiful flower painting created by you?

This is your opportunity to paint with me as I show you all the details on how to paint this large floral with a limited palette.  The painting featured is 36"sq on a textured gallery canvas.

In the first session we will be texturing our canvas, deciding on our colors as we will be mixing colors that will include our highlights and shadows. plus, the leaves and background.  I will demo for you how to enlarge your photo for a big scale painting and how to transfer it to your canvas surface without the messy use of graphite.  (a short video on how to texture your canvas for watercolours AND/OR acrylics is included)

You are encouraged to select your own photo reference and size of your substrate.  I love to paint on 36" sq but select what works for you.

Upon purchase of this workshop, you will be emailed the photo reference, material list and workshop outline.  

This workshop is planned for 5 sessions, each session being 3 hours.  Each session will be recorded so no need to worry if you are unable to attend any of the full sessions.
